Don Roberts brings 49 years of flooring industry experience to his role as co-owner of Central Alabama Flooring, operating under the Don's Carpet One Floor & Home and Wheat's Carpet One Floor & Home brands. As a former president of the Retail Division of Carpet One, a cooperative of over 1,000 locations across the US, Don is committed to creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers seeking flooring, cabinets, countertops, and more.

Having worked on both the retail and manufacturing sides of the industry, Don has managed teams ranging from 7 to 700, always placing exceptional customer service at the forefront. Outside of work, Don and his wife Toni enjoy spending time with their two children, Taylor and Chase, and their six grandchildren.
 

Jamin Carter

Jamin Carter thrives in the ever-changing retail industry, embracing its challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm. He is passionate about working with customers to explore their options and help turn their dream homes into reality. A graduate of a small Bible College in South Carolina, Jamin credits his education with shaping the person he is today. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, April, and their eight children, whether they're exploring the outdoors, visiting Disney, traveling, or relaxing at home with a family favorite — The Princess Bride.

Adam Cooper brings more than 15 years of sales and customer service experience to Carpet One. As a second-generation team member, Adam is proud to continue the legacy his father built over 25 years with the company. In his role as Outside Sales Representative, Adam is committed to building lasting relationships with local customers, property managers, and contractors, while helping each client find the perfect flooring solution for their needs.

Danny Elkins has spent over 37 years in the floor-covering industry, helping customers find the right flooring to enhance the value of one of the most significant investments they'll ever make — their home. Danny takes pride in guiding customers through the selection process with care and expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their two dogs, and volunteering in his community.

With over 50 years of experience serving Gadsden, Etowah County, and the surrounding region, Jo O'Dell has built a reputation for outstanding service and genuine care for her customers. From her time helping families at Sears to her work in flooring at Don's Floor & Home, Jo's passion has always been helping people find what they need for their homes. A lifelong resident of Gadsden, Jo takes pride in her community and is committed to providing the best for her friends and neighbors — often leaving their homes not just as a sales associate, but as a friend.

Originally from Guatemala, Marcos moved to the US in 1989 and has called Don's Floor & Home his home ever since. He takes great pride in keeping the warehouse and grounds in top shape and ensuring customer deliveries run smoothly. Outside of work, Marcos enjoys spending quality time at home with his wife and their 9 children.
